Customers are eligible to request a return within fourteen days from the date their order is delivered, with the return period calculated from the confirmed delivery date provided by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted, so timely action is recommended.

To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and free from any damage or signs of wear. All original packaging, labels, seals, and accompanying materials should be intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must accompany any return request. Items sent back without prior approval or outside the authorized process will not be processed. Once the return is authorized, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the item back. Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen days of receiving the order, and under the brand’s policy, a maximum of one product per individual may be refunded in full. Estimated shipping times typically range from five to seven business days, though delays may occur during periods of high order volume. Once dispatched, customers receive tracking information via email to monitor delivery. Certain locations, including U.S. territories, military bases, P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, and other restricted areas, cannot be serviced directly.

Customers are advised to inspect orders immediately upon arrival. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported promptly to ensure timely review and resolution. Some products, such as perishable items, personalized goods, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards, are not eligible for return. For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have a fourteen-day cooling-off period. During this period, orders may be canceled or returned without providing a reason, provided the products remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
